The Pulaski County Jail has a maximum capacity of 127 inmates. There are seventeen full-time Correctional Officers, including a Jail Commander, Phillip Cherry. Some of the Correctional Officers responsibilities include, booking in new inmates, distribution of meals and prescribed medication, transportation to and from courts and other correctional facilities, recreational time, and visitation. There is a LPN on duty five days a week, a visiting Doctor once a week, and a visiting  Dentist when requested. The jail's daily average population is 115 inmates, 60-65 of those being held for the Indiana Department of Corrections.

VISITATION HOURS

MALE Inmates - Sunday's 1pm-4pm
FEMALE Inmates - Saturday's 2pm-4pm
WORK RELEASE Inmates - Saturday 9am-11am
